Delivery

We are very happy to ship to clients Worldwide. 

Made to order pieces can take up to 6 weeks to complete and ship, this will be confirmed when ordered and stated on the description of the item. 

If the piece of jewellery is already in stock then it will be shipped within Monday to Friday working hours. 

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail next day special delivery which is a secure, insured and signed for delivery service. 

Always get in touch if you have a tight deadline or special date and we will try to accommodate you.

Please allow time for any delays that would be outside our control or if you live in a more remote location. 

All Worldwide shipments outside the UK will be sent via DHL Express delivery. 

Please note that shipments overseas require an assessment by customs for fees. Any of these fees, tax duties or custom charges in the destination Country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

No orders will be sent to PO Box addresses as a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe transportation of your treasure.

If an item needs to be resized there will be a cost for resizing, please get in touch for a quote.
